it works as intended, main reason i bought it i have multiple dewalt tools and batteries so just bought the tool. it is super bright has two modes bright and blinding bright, they did away with the hypnosis strobe effect on this light thank goodness, but dont expect this to be a automotive type light source no magnetic, not very positions it can attain, but it does what i need it to doOh it's bright... can ya have 3 brightness settings though??? I would like to see after using it even when it's day time. Battery life?? Um, it uses a battery but it doesn't have a battery... it does well on battery consumption though. Not ridiculous which is nice.Wish the adjustable head would pivot down by 15-20° though. It only goes up or level. It's not very heavy which is nice. It warns you when the battery is getting low by automatically dimming to its lower setting and flashes. Keep that in mind if you are doing work with power tools like saws or electrical work...I would say great product though overall, just a couple adjustments for a new model.This work light surprized me with it's brightness and range providing excellent lighting to 30 feet or more. Battery life is very good though I've generally not needed it for any extended period of time.Great light for things at a distance especially outside, almost too bright to use as a work light. This spotlight is over 1500 lumens according to the information provided, and compared to my other lights I would say it is way more than that. It concentrates the light in a tight beam and even on the low setting is too bright for up close use like working on a vehicle or under the kitchen sink. I can clearly see an owl that sits on top of a utility pole well over 100 yards away.I use one at work and like it so much,I bought one for home.This a great light with great battery life but the battery connection isn’t tight causing it to rattle.Great light for all uses.Use it everyday living out in rural area. Excellent distance of leds and paired with any AH dewalt 20v battery. I purchased because of all the 20v dewalt tools I already own so never worried about plugging into separate charger or battery packs.Really nice bit of kit from a brand you know just used again today in a loft really lit up entire place high beam.Great product by Dewalt but I wished it had a brightness control but other than that 100% does the job can see the red dot on 5 miles awayIt’s ok but nothing special.Great addition to my husbands Dewalt gear.works as it should nice and bright
